A2Z Bus offers a flexible cancellation policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
General Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges vary based on how early you cancel before the journey date.

24-48 hours | 25% of ticket fare |
12-24 hours | 50% of ticket fare |
6-12 hours | 75% of ticket fare |
< 6 hours | No refund |
How to Cancel Your Ticket
- Log in to your A2Z Bus account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click on the "Cancel Ticket" button
- Confirm your cancellation
Special Cancellation Scenarios
Bus Operator Cancellations
If the bus operator cancels the trip, you will receive a 100% refund of your ticket fare.
Partial Cancellations
For group bookings, you can cancel individual seats. The cancellation policy will apply to each seat separately.
Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
You can reschedule your journey instead of cancelling it. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the bus operator's policy.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- UPI: 1-3 business days
- A2Z Bus Wallet: Instant credit
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted tickets may be marked as non-refundable. This information will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
