Creating and managing your A2Z Bus account allows you to enjoy a seamless booking experience with features like saved payment methods, booking history, and faster checkout.

Creating an Account

Sign Up Process

  1. Visit a2zbus.com or open the A2Z Bus mobile app
  2. Click on the Sign Up button in the top-right corner
  3. Enter your details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Mobile Number
    • Password (must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters)
  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
  5. Click on Create Account
  6. Verify your account:
    • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number
    • Enter the OTP to complete the verification process

Sign Up Using Social Media

You can also create an account using:

  • Google Account
  • Facebook Account
  • Apple ID (on iOS devices)

Managing Your Profile

Updating Personal Information

  1. Log in to your A2Z Bus account
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner
  3. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu
  4. Update your information:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Mobile Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Gender
  5. Click on Save Changes

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Click on Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click on Update Password

Managing Saved Information

Saved Travelers

Add frequent travelers to your account for faster bookings:

  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Select Saved Travelers
  3. Click on Add New Traveler
  4. Enter traveler details:
    • Name
    • Age
    • Gender
    • ID Proof (optional)
  5. Click on Save

Saved Payment Methods

Securely save your payment methods for quicker checkout:

  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Select Saved Payment Methods
  3. Click on Add New Card or Add UPI ID
  4. Enter the required details
  5. Click on Save

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your A2Z Bus account:

  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Provide a reason for deletion (optional)
  5. Click on Confirm Delete

Note: Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including booking history and saved information.
